Use Recursive Delete. This is used to delete directories. Under FTP directories with content in them cannot be deleted. Using Recursive delete BPFTP deletes the contents of folders first and then deletes the folder in order to accomplish this task easily for you. You will find this by right clicking on a directory then selecting "recursive delete" from the context menu that pops up.
