The URL verification window won't come to the front.
This should only occur in Windows 2000 and is intentional Windows 98/2000 functionality.(i.e. Not allowing programs to force themselves on top.) If this is occuring for you and you don't like it then get this registry key (http://www.bpftp.com/extras/bringtofront.reg). Download it and double click to install it. NB: From then on all programs that wish to (such as BPFTP) will again be able to force to top.
