BPFTP Client (Windows) / General Problems
I can't get a directory listing via my HTTP style proxy server, why's this?
BPFTP doesn't support directory listings via a HTTP proxy, that's because HTTP proxy servers return the list information as HTML. That's fine for browsers as they just display the HTML as they would any other html file, however it'd be very difficult to extract the full information from this listing and display it within BPFTP as there are many types around and they all list the information differently. Workaround: list files in your browser, if you want to download a file then just right click on it and select "copy link location", BPFTP will download the file or files for you.
